This is a Royal Winton Pottery ironstone lidded soup tureen with six matching bowls. There is also a matching ladle.
The decoration for each piece in the set - apart from the ladle - comprises fern leaves and butterfly. The tureen lid has a rounded handle. The tureen and bowls also have decorative animal head handles.
The set probably dates from the 1980s. The illustrations on each piece are crisp and undamaged. There are clear maker's marks on the base of the tureen and bowls.

The set is in good general condition but with some age related, especially on one bowl as shown, minor crazing on the soup tureen and lid that can only be seen on close inspection. There are no chips or cracks. Please see the photographs.
