This is a print of a lithograph by Austrian artist Gottfried Kumpf (1930-2022). It is entitled 'A Look Into The New Year' and dated 1975.
He was well known for naive paintings and sculptures that were often politically minded and featured landscapes animals and human form characters.
The print is mounted under glass in a bordered frame, and is signed and also marked with the artist's name, title and date on the reverse.
In almost every picture by Gottfried Kumpf there is a small figure sitting there that has long been part of the signature; it is called "The Antisocial One".

It is in general good condition but there are signs of age on the frame and marks, and two faint fold lines vertical and horizontal on the print. Doesn't affect its look.
