DETAILS
This is a late Victorian/early 20th Century paper embossing press for adding an address to paper. The embossing stamp still partially works and the address appears to be for someone/somewhere in Padgate Lane, Warrington. There is no maker's mark for this heavy item but it likely to have originated in the UK.
CONDITION
Intact and mechanically sound but there are signs of wear commensurate with age.
