This is a 1960s Soholm Stentaj table lamp with the original four sided tapered shade, which is light blue with dark blue vertical and horizontal lines.
It was produced on the Danish island of Bornholm. The stoneware 'pineapple' shape body has dark blue pattern profiling with stone coloured areas above and below. There is a slender neck to which the light fitting is attached.

The lamp is in good condition and was PAT tested on 28.10.22 and passed. There is some wear to the inside of the shade, in with cracking to the plastic lining. This doesn't detract from the lamps effect in any way.
