This is a large, deep oval J&G Meakin platter or vegetable serving plate. It has a clear back stamp and registered pattern number on the underside.
It probably dates from the 1930s but could be a little later, into the 1950s. It has a gilded border with intricate floral decorations.
Ideal for entertaining family or friends.
